Your plants have arrived... now what?

When your plants arrive, carefully remove them from the packaging. If there are any issues with how your plants were packaged, please document with pictures/videos and contact us.

Your plants have been in a box for 1-3+ days. Give them the time and conditions to adjust. Place in slightly lower light than normal for about a week. If the growing media is completely dry, water normally. If it is still damp, wait for it to completely dry out. Shipping stresses plants out. For the first month after shipping, do not add more stress by repotting, propagating, or drastically changing the previous growing conditions if possible. Some mild yellowing or loss of older leaves can be normal through the shipping process.
